Energy, what is it and how can your understanding of it help you live a more purposeful life? Everything in the seen and unseen universe exists as energy and is born of energy. In physics, energy is a quantitative property that is transferred to the body or to a physical system, recognizable in the performance of work and in the form of heat and light. Energy is a conserved quantity. The law of conversion of energy states that energy can be converted in form, but not created or destroyed. Masculine energy and feminine energy support and engage human thought and evolution in two very different ways. Although they represent two distinct aspects of thought consciousness, the human species have not been able to evolve without either of these life force energies. Feminine and masculine energy describes the neuro-design or the wiring of the human brain to which we all have access. Feminine energy provides human beings a reservoir of objectivity and intuition. It is the unceasing inner knowing that inspires hope and healing. Its energy is of a divine nature, providing women access to deep emotional connection, both physical and spiritual healing, renewal and eroticism. It allows its host to psychically manifest from the annals of the unseen spiritual world into the third dimensional (3D) material world. Our society often prefers masculine energy over feminine energy because of how it views and interprets power. It defines power through the characteristics that originate in the brains left hemisphere. Scientistic researchers believe that the left brain is responsible for hunting and the “killer instinct” that is so highly revered in a “civil society”. Masculine energy leans toward objectivity and logic, assertiveness as well as singularly focused thinking. The understanding of feminine energy has been categorized as the opposite of masculine energy. If masculine energy supports men in being strong then, feminine energy supports weakness in women. If masculine energy stimulates rational behavior in men, then feminine energy evokes erratic behavior in women. I believe feminine energy to be of the realm of the divine and the source of life, creation and creativity. Sustainable change in our society can not occur without the divine feminine energy that women have unlimited access. It is the ‘soft power” that takes inspired action and considers the consequences of punitive actions. Feminine energy is involved with wisdom and influence, high level communication, inclusion and creative solutions. Feminine energy is the only energy that can cultivate self-love. It is needed to mend fences within families and communities. Holy books and scriptures admonish all human beings to love thy neighbor as you love thyself, but if you do not love yourself the commandment falls flat.
